While working with sellers I promise to market their property in creative ways to get the best and most exposure for their home that is possible. I believe that it doesn't matter about the size of the home you're selling or buying, all Sellers and Buyers deserve the same expertise. I come from a family of independent contractors and builders so real estate is a natural fit for me. I understand the emotional side of purchasing a home as well as the follow up that is involved, whether it is new construction or an existing home. In addition, there is much more to selling or buying a home than writing up a contract. There are many details that cannot be overlooked to arrive at a successful outcome. Along with my husband, who is a licensed auctioneer in the state of Indiana we have nearly 30 years of sales experience. Because of my background, I am able to offer my clients additional services such as appraising valuable antiques, estate tag sales, complete or partial buyouts and even auctions if needed.
